* Achieve sales targets and ensure strong in-store execution through excellent customer relationship management and field coordination.
* Develop and grow key customer accounts, focusing on distribution, category management, and sales performance.
* Define and execute annual customer plans, leveraging core range and new product development (NPD).
* List new products in customer assortments and coordinate promotional calendars aligned with company standards.
* Lead annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of trading terms and agreements.
* Manage accurate sales forecasting monthly and ensure product availability by coordinating with distribution centers and wholesalers.
* Control trade marketing budgets, analyze ROI of promotions, ensure customers profitability and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare sales reports and insights and onboarding of new clients to cover white spots.
