In this role you drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships for GYN surgical solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to position our portfolio with surgeons, hospital staff, and decision-makers, ensuring market share growth and product acceptance. You’ll provide technical support in OR settings and deliver ongoing customer service aligned with policy. The position blends field sales with strategic planning and collaboration to advance the company’s mission in women’s health.

Responsabilidades
- Conduct sales calls with key decision makers to introduce/upsell the portfolio
- Build rapport with existing and new clients
- Present and collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers and other stakeholders to hit sales objectives
- Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery and ongoing customer service
- Monitor market information for the territory to maximize market share and product acceptance
- Travel within the region as part of a sales team of experienced professionals
Requisitos principales
- Commercial experience selling capital and consumables in the medical industry, specifically surgical
- Ability to produce and execute a tactical Sales Plan
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build new pipelines and upsell
- Proven track record of exceeding forecasted sales targets
