In this role you will join IDOM’s Infrastructure team in Madrid or Bilbao to grow as a geotechnical engineer. You will contribute to national and international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and leveraging the latest technologies. You will help address geotechnical design challenges, soil behavior, and earthwork issues while strengthening your technical and professional skills. This is a path toward greater responsibility and possibly partnership within a multinational, value-driven firm.

Responsabilidades

Support geotechnical design tasks across foundations, slope stability, settlement analyses, dewatering, and ground improvement
Assist with seismic calculations, liquefaction assessment, and soft soil behavior studies
Utilize specialized software such as PLAXIS 2D/3D and Rocscience for analysis
Contribute to project delivery and technical excellence within a multidisciplinary team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take on increasing responsibilities over time
Maintain a high standard of work and support independent, innovative problem solving

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Master in Civil Engineering with geotechnical specialization
Experience in geotechnical design and soil treatment
Knowledge of seismic design and liquefaction concepts
Proficiency in PLAXIS 2D/3D and Rocscience
Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
Advanced level of English
Interest in joining a multinational company
