In this role you will help shape the Customer eXperience by building distributed, scalable Java microservices that power fast, reliable search and booking flows. You will work within a cross-functional, agile team to deliver high-quality code and influence system design. You’ll use a modern tech stack and best practices to improve performance and resilience at scale. Responsabilidades

Develop distributed, scalable microservices with a focus on the high-demand search service
Work with a cutting-edge stack (Java 11/17, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Neo4J, ElasticSearch, Redis, Datadog, GCP services, Oracle)
Ensure code quality through SOLID, design patterns and TDD
Contribute across the SDLC, from design to deployment and testing
Collaborate in a fully agile, Kanban-based team and participate in product ideation
Mentor teammates and promote best practices within the group

Requisitos principales

Deep understanding of software engineering concepts (OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design/architecture patterns, databases, APIs)
Experience with end-to-end SDLC, production deployments and testing (unit/integration), and Cloud/CI environments
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities
Commitment to quality and technical excellence
Excellent communication and ability to align with stakeholders
Fluent English and ability to collaborate in a multicultural context
Continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for innovation
Team player with knowledge sharing and ability to work in dynamic, uncertain environments
