As Engineering Manager in the Customer eXperience vertical, you lead a cross‑functional team to simplify travel changes and cancellations for customers. You shape technical strategy across the Payments domain and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Science to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. You mentor, hire, and drive performance in a fast‑moving, AI‑powered environment. This role combines hands‑on engineering leadership with people leadership to deliver customer value at scale.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead an agile, cross‑functional team of 7–10 engineers and developers
  • Shape technical strategy for the Payments domain and module evolution
  • Translate functional specs into high‑performance designs and tasks
  • Promote technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Science to align on vision
  • Hire, onboard, and develop talent; manage performance and goals
  • Foster team identity, engagement, and healthy dynamics with the agile coach
  • Mentor peers to grow technical and professional skills
