As an IT Specialist in investment funds, you will maintain and manage complex software development projects in a delivery model based on external AM services. You will supervise cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure project quality and timely delivery within a banking/finance context. Responsabilidades

Supervise and support the application maintenance and project development team (Micro Focus and Java AM service) with a focus on planning, performance, and service coordination
Analyze service reports and business needs to define corrective, preventive, or evolutive tasks
Make decisions to meet service objectives and align with IT architecture
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Oversee delivery of IT development projects through the software lifecycle and validate test plans
Manage budget for activities within the AM service and ensure quality standards
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
Continuously evaluate risk exposure and ensure compliance with banking quality standards

Requisitos principales

More than 3 years of IT Specialist experience in application maintenance
More than 3 years of IT Business Analyst experience in software development (full lifecycle) in Mainframe/Microfocus and Java environments
At least 1 year experience in application management (AMs) and service management
Experience in Banking or Finance industries
Ability to deliver results in complex IT projects with quality, cost, and time metrics
Strong understanding of SDLC and IT operations processes; previous programming experience
High organization, autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships between business and IT teams
Excellent oral and written communication; teamwork and attention to detail
English: Minimum B2 speaking, writing, listening
