You act as the bridge between Product teams and Sales, translating hospitality tech into clear business value for customers. In this role, you’ll engage IT and business leaders, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure solutions align with contractual expectations. You will leverage Salesforce to manage the sales cycle and drive accurate forecasting. This role offers impact across the sales journey, shaping both customer outcomes and the Amadeus hospitality roadmap.

Responsabilidades
- Understand customer strategy and propose aligned IT solutions
- Build relationships with IT and C-level stakeholders
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and post-implementation support
- Ensure solutions meet contractual expectations and strengthen relationships
- Use Salesforce to track interactions, opportunities, and data quality
- Analyze requirements and propose improvements aligned with Amadeus strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Share knowledge and best practices across internal teams
- Support opportunity management, forecasting, and visibility with Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Support Account Managers in Account Development Plans and identify upsell opportunities
- Contribute to business cases, pricing elements, and competitive insights
- Identify consulting or new product opportunities and maintain data in Salesforce
Requisitos principales
- Strong hospitality/hotel tech industry background
- Understanding of hotel systems and integrations (PMS, CRS, distribution)
- Proven Salesforce CRM experience including opportunities, reporting, dashboards, and account planning
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
- Confidence in customer-facing roles and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience with Amadeus hospitality solutions or similar providers is a plus
