In this role you provide hands-on desktop and device support across hardware, software, printing, and communications tools for users. You will configure, build, install, and patch desktop equipment and ensure up-to-date security with AV. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and 3rd‑party vendors to resolve issues, contribute to global End User Services standardisation, and support office moves, hardware refreshes, and major software rollouts. This position offers a global scope, including EMEA remote and onsite support, and a focus on practical problem solving and user satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

Support PCs, laptops, telephony devices, printing and scanning devices, smart devices, and conferencing hardware
Install, configure, build, and patch desktop hardware and software; manage AV and room setups
Handle help desk tickets for employees and contractors; update knowledge base and inventory
Participate in projects such as Office Moves, Hardware Refreshes, Desktop Migrations, Software Rollouts, Security and Compliance initiatives, and End User Services standardisation
Interact with 3rd party vendors to resolve technical problems and identify process improvements
Provide training guidance to staff on hardware/software usage and document resolutions for root causes
Support EMEA region as needed with remote or onsite assistance
Ensure operational continuity in collaboration with IT and other departments
