In this role you will lead IT audits within ING’s Global Corporate Audit Services, focusing on ING Italy, Spain and Romania and third-party environments. You’ll evaluate IT controls, coordinate fieldwork with senior management, and perform technical testing to identify vulnerabilities. You will report findings to management and help strengthen the security control environment while traveling up to 8–10 weeks per year. You’ll work in a curious, collaborative team driving risk-aware improvements aligned with ING’s tech-first, globally impactful mission.

Responsabilidades

Lead and execute IT audits end-to-end
Assess design and effectiveness of IT controls in ING and outsourcers
Plan audits, coordinate with Senior Management for fieldwork, conduct interviews and document reviews
Perform technical testing including penetration tests and red teaming
Communicate results to Management and prepare audit reports to drive risk mitigation
Travel, approximately 8–10 weeks per year

Requisitos principales

>5 years in IT Audit with knowledge of IT risk management, governance, and the three-lines-of-defence model
Proven experience leading audits end-to-end (planning, execution, reporting)
Experience with penetration testing or red/teaming exercises
Strong knowledge of IT processes and standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 22001)
Ability to lead both technical and IT process audits and manage stakeholder expectations
Coaching mindset for team development
Good level of English for communication and writing
Nice-to-have certifications (CISA, CISSP, OSCP)
Knowledge of banking regulations (PSD2, EBA guidelines, DORA)
Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and pentesting tools and data analytics or scripting (e.g., Knime)
