In this role you will act as a trusted IT risk advisor within RegIRM-ES, supporting IT and business management across multiple countries. You will produce risk analyses, papers, and reports to inform decision-making and contribute to the non-financial risk framework. You will help shape IT governance, security, and resilience by challenging risk processes and authoring guidance for the IRM community. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence risk strategy in a growing, tech-driven hub within ING.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a trusted IRM advisor to IT and business management in the supported countries
Create strategic and ad-hoc risk analyses, papers, and reports with structured research
Conduct QA reviews to guide the regional IRM community
Participate in evaluating risks of key IT programs and projects
Develop and maintain training modules for Non-Financial Risk colleagues
Support the Regional Head of IRM with evidence gathering and documentation
Assist in reporting IT Resilience risk and monitor regulatory responses
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IRM, framework, policies, standards, and procedures

Requisitos principales

Expert in Information (Technology) Management with deep IRM knowledge
Ability to advise on complex, high-stakes IT risk issues for senior management
Trusted IRM advisor who can identify, analyze, and mitigate IT risks impacting information reliability, integrity, and availability
Capability to challenge and monitor IT risk management processes
Experience translating external developments into IRM strategy and actions
Awareness of regulatory reporting requirements and follow-up processes
