In this role, you drive new business and expand ADP’s footprint in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will engage prospects by phone, build relationships, and close deals with a mix of Fortune 100 and smaller innovative clients. You’ll also deepen account relationships through cross-selling and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsabilidades
- Meet and exceed sales goals by driving revenue
- Convert prospects into clients via discovery and needs-based selling
- Use cold calling to identify opportunities and propose ADP solutions
- Cross-sell across the ADP portfolio within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships
Requisitos principales
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in large/enterprise/global accounts
- Outbound prospecting and independent territory management
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with strong closing skills
- Goal-oriented with proven quota attainment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with multi-country clients and end-to-end sales cycles
