In this role, you drive new business and expand ADP’s footprint in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will engage prospects by phone, build relationships, and close deals with a mix of Fortune 100 and smaller innovative clients. You’ll also deepen account relationships through cross-selling and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsabilidades

  • Meet and exceed sales goals by driving revenue
  • Convert prospects into clients via discovery and needs-based selling
  • Use cold calling to identify opportunities and propose ADP solutions
  • Cross-sell across the ADP portfolio within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships

Requisitos principales

  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in large/enterprise/global accounts
  • Outbound prospecting and independent territory management
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with strong closing skills
  • Goal-oriented with proven quota attainment
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience with multi-country clients and end-to-end sales cycles
