In this role you will drive the industrialization of products and introduce advanced manufacturing technologies at Lear For You’s Electronics Campus in Valls. You will lead new production line setups and ensure launches meet milestones, while advancing Industry 4.0 initiatives. The position blends engineering, project leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize quality, efficiency, and cost. This is a hands-on role for shaping manufacturing innovations in automotive electronics.

Responsabilidades

Plan and manage product industrialization to ensure quality, efficiency, and capacity
Lead setup of new production lines and adoption of new technologies
Support industrialization of new projects and secure milestone achievement
Drive innovation by implementing advanced manufacturing processes aligned with Industry 4.0
Prepare technical and cost improvement studies complying with standards and customer requirements

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
Min 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing including SMT, automation, and testing processes
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and complex manufacturing projects
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership; ability to influence at multiple levels
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and new manufacturing technologies
