As Industrial Engineering Manager at Lear’s Valls E-Systems plant, you lead a skilled team to industrialize new products and optimize production lines. You drive efficiency, safety and quality across multiple buildings, shaping high‑value electronics modules for premium automotive brands. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to launch initiatives on time and cost‑effectively, while fostering an innovative, compliant culture. This role offers impact at a flagship site advancing e‑mobility.
Responsabilidades
- Lead 5 direct reports and a broader team of 35 engineers
- Drive industrialization of new products and production lines
- Optimize manufacturing processes (including SMT, automation, testing)
- Ensure timely launches and continuous improvement
- Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- Proven leadership in engineering/manufacturing environments
- Fluent English; excellent communication and organizational skills
- Automotive background, ideally in electronics
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven mindset
