You will lead our HRIS (Hibob) and People Experience (PX) processes to standardize, scale, and automate people operations. In a dynamic scale-up, you’ll shape data architecture, workflows, and integrations, ensuring compliant and engaging employee experiences. You’ll implement new tools and drive AI-enabled automation while collaborating across PX functions to support the full employee lifecycle. Your work directly enables PX teams to operate more efficiently and with higher data quality. This is a chance to influence global HR practices at a growing healthcare platform.

Responsabilidades
- Own the HRIS system (Hibob): data architecture, workflows, access, permissions, and integrations
- Lead implementation or migration to new tools and systems
- Define and evolve PX Services processes to deliver compliant, people-centric experiences
- Drive automation of PX processes, including AI applications when appropriate
- Foster innovation within the PX team
- Collaborate with BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, and others for the end-to-end employee journey
- Monitor and ensure data quality with analytics teams (finance, BI, etc.)
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Business Administration with focus in HR or related field
- Minimum 7 years HR experience with 1–2 years in a global role, ideally in a tech scaleup
- Experience as system administrator, process owner, and leading projects
- Played a key role in an HRIS implementation project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English)
- Ability to collaborate and work independently, taking initiative
- Strong analytical skills for data compilation, research, and problem solving
