As HRBP at Logista, you will partner with business leaders to shape people strategies that align with organizational goals. You will design and evaluate HR initiatives in a multicultural, dynamic environment, collaborating with HR COEs to support growth and transformation. You’ll lead talent acquisition, development, and performance processes while ensuring smooth personnel administration. This role offers international exposure across multiple European markets and a chance to influence people practices in a fast-evolving business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable sustainable value and high performance.

Responsabilidades

Plan, design and evaluate HR initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business goals
Develop human capital management policies in a multicultural environment
Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand performance issues and people needs
Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and HR COEs
Attract, recruit and select talent (Direct Search); develop HR practices; implement learning & development solutions and HR policies
Manage retention strategies; oversee performance management; coordinate personnel administration
Participate in local and group HR projects
