As the multi-site HR Manager for two Mondi plants in Spain, you will lead a small team to drive a positive culture, trust, and HR excellence across Abrera and Aranguren. You partner with site leadership and regional HR to execute the HR strategy and deliver people initiatives that support business goals. You’ll guide performance management, talent development, employee relations, and compliance while steering process improvements. This role offers the chance to shape people practices in a manufacturing context and influence cross-site collaboration. You will be the go-to HR partner for managers and staff, ensuring a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a functional partner to the Country Exco and drive cohesive HR initiatives aligned with Mondi HR strategy and business goals
Provide guidance on employee engagement, relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations
Be the first point of contact for HR questions and escalate issues appropriately
Collaborate with Country Exco, HR BPs, Regional HR Leaders, and CoE to align HR agenda across sites
Ensure consistent application of policies and 100% compliance to maintain an ethical work environment
Lead HR processes including performance, talent management, payroll and compensation planning, onboarding, hiring, and development
Partner with Regional HR and CoEs to execute HR projects across multiple client groups at the two sites
Provide leadership for union/works council relations and manage employee relations issues, including CBA negotiations
Ensure all HR matters comply with local laws and company regulations
Maintain confidentiality and oversee site communication

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area
10 years of professional experience in a client-facing HR role in an industrial environment
Strong knowledge of union/employee relations, works councils, and local labor laws
Excellent written and oral communication and diplomacy skills with ability to influence
Self-starter with ability to prioritize, work independently, and navigate a matrix organization
Strong problem-solving, multi-project management, and execution capabilities
Proven collaboration, influence, project management, organizational, and change-management skills
People-focused mindset with ability to support employees and resolve conflicts
Approachability, responsiveness, and customer service orientation
Commitment to integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
Interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
