In this HR Manager role, you partner with leaders across Aggreko Spain to align people initiatives with business goals while handling day‑to‑day HR transactions. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, and work with Centers of Excellence to implement the local People Plan. The position sits in Barcelona and offers scope to influence culture, performance, and workforce strategy within a global energy leader.

Responsabilidades

Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, coaching for high‑performance and safety‑first culture
Align HR initiatives with commercial goals to drive growth and profitability
Provide counsel on employee relations, performance management, and compliance (Spanish law)
Analyze people data to identify trends and inform decisions affecting colleague experience
Manage employment contracts and keep HR policies current and compliant
Lead talent management activities (workforce planning, succession, development) in collaboration with COEs

Requisitos principales

Proven experience as HR Business Partner in Spain with strong knowledge of local labor laws and contract management
Ability to influence senior leaders constructively with strong coaching skills
Commercial mindset linking HR to business outcomes
Proficiency in Spanish and English; Catalan a plus
Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Proactive in staying current with labor legislation and functioning in a matrix organization
