In this role you will provide operational and strategic HR support to mid-level management within Operations, aligning with company policies to ensure consistent people management and smooth implementation of HR initiatives. You will act as an internal HR consultant, oversee recruitment and performance processes, and help manage headcount and budgets. You’ll collaborate with multiple HR functions to maintain a unified approach and support a positive, efficient work environment. Responsabilidades

  • Support mid-level managers in implementing tailored HR policies and processes for their teams
  • Act as internal HR consultant on people management matters in Operations
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment within Operations, liaising with external providers for specialist roles
  • Coordinate training and performance evaluation initiatives in Operations
  • Assist strategic headcount and organisational planning within HR and budget constraints
  • Implement feedback from senior HR/leaders to improve people management
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide HR guidelines in Operations
  • Coordinate salary benchmarking and market studies with Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage labour relations including grievances, dismissals, and specific work agreements
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Services, Training Providers, Labour Relations, and Corporate HR to align practices
  • Engage with headhunters for high-level recruitment when needed
  • Provide direct HR support to Line Managers and Directors in Operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects related to structure, change, transformation or strategic planning
  • Oversee internal communication of HR policies within Operations

Requisitos principales

  • Bachelor in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Economics or related
  • Background in employment law or labour relations
  • Proficiency in navigating company policies, especially labour relations and union interactions
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar HR role with a focus on mid-level management support
  • Experience in at least 2 HR areas (Talent Development, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, or Employee Relations)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects related to organizational structure, change management, transformation or strategic planning is desirable
