Responsabilidades

Collaborate with sales to optimize resource allocation and align investments with business goals
Analyze promotional spending, market investments, and pricing strategies to assess ROI and profitability
Develop and monitor KPIs to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
Support forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance analyses for financial target alignment
Manage and develop a team of two business controllers, fostering high performance and growth
Oversee workload distribution and provide mentorship to ensure a collaborative, results‑driven team
Establish best practices in financial analysis and reporting to continuously improve processes and tools
Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives with strategy
Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing financial insights for critical decisions
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls

Requisitos principales

Minimum 5 years in finance business controlling areas
Bachelor level education in business/management or economic science with finance specialization
English and Portuguese proficiency
Leadership, people management, financial acumen, analytical skills, proactive problem solving
