In this role you will lead Factorial’s Product Marketing, shaping how we position, launch, and grow our multi-product platform across markets. You’ll sit at the center of Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to ensure alignment and maximize ARR impact. You’ll own GTM strategies from concept to measurable results, and guide storytelling that drives adoption, pipeline, and cross-sell. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence a broad product portfolio and scale a global SaaS narrative.

Responsabilidades
- Define and execute GTM strategies for all products and launches from concept to measurable business impact
- Craft clear positioning for each product vertical aligned with commercial objectives
- Ensure Sales readiness through enablement programs, training, and tools to boost win rates
- Maintain high-quality product outputs across campaigns, videos, communications, and landing pages
- Manage complex, end-to-end projects connecting Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX
- Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team to operate effectively across products and markets
- Collaborate with Product leaders to plan GTMs early and align stakeholders for timely launches
- Partner with leadership to evolve Factorial's multi-product and AI narrative to drive ARR growth
Requisitos principales
- Proven experience in Product Marketing or GTM leadership in B2B SaaS (min 5 years)
- Strategic leader capable of building and scaling teams
- Expert in positioning and GTM across multiple products, segments, and markets
- Strong business acumen tying messaging to pipeline, ARR, and commercial impact
- Exceptional communicator with clear, structured, persuasive style
- Attention to detail and design sensibility for product polish and brand consistency
- Excellent stakeholder management to align Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX
- Thrives in fast-changing environments turning complexity into action
- Fluent in English
