As Head of Marketing, you lead growth and business development for a global adult digital entertainment company. You will craft annual marketing plans, manage the growth budget, and drive a user-centric culture across teams. You’ll steer the B2B strategy, license content, and expand revenue through partnerships. Your leadership will shape the brand’s leadership in the industry while delivering measurable results. Responsabilidades
- Build and lead a Marketing team of 7 + 2 interns
- Plan and execute cross-brand marketing strategies for growth and retention
- Oversee growth marketing implementation and budget administration
- Manage paid and organic campaigns, media buying, affiliations, partnerships
- Measure campaign effectiveness against KPIs and report results
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust plans
- Operate with a user-centric, data-driven approach using internal and external data
- Identify new B2B content opportunities and develop licensed content strategy
- Negotiate contracts with clients and present to prospects and executives
- Coordinate with Content and Marketing teams to align on licensed content strategy
Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- 4+ years leading teams at top companies or startups
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive, ownership mindset with strong collaborative ability
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Familiarity with communications technologies and social media marketing
- Experience with search engine marketing
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain
