In this role, you will lead IT infrastructure operations to meet business needs within a multinational leisure and entertainment group. You will manage third-party suppliers, enforce ITIL-aligned processes, and ensure high availability of online services. You’ll shape and execute the 3–5 year IT roadmaps, driving stable service delivery across multi-channel retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners with cross-functional teams to enable growth and reliable digital experiences.

Responsabilidades

Manage 3rd‑party suppliers and partners to deliver IT infrastructure within SLA
Enforce incident, problem, change management, and service reporting processes
Maintain standards for infrastructure specifications, configuration, service levels, and security
Review and align project requirements with services, suppliers, or technologies
Improve operational reporting and tooling for monitoring, deployment, configuration, and change management
Focus infrastructure solutions on stable, robust service delivery and high availability
Coordinate use of remote hands for retail support changes
Own compliance reporting and ensure code standards across jurisdictions
Ensure updates, scalability, availability and stability of online services
Promote safety and adherence to health and safety policies

Requisitos principales

Significant experience managing IT infrastructure in a fast-changing, multi-channel retail business
Experience with 3rd party IT infrastructure contracts supporting operational apps
Ability to develop and evolve 3–5 year IT roadmaps
Understanding of SLA frameworks and ITIL processes
Ability to perform root-cause analysis on incidents and problems
Retail or digital environment experience
People management experience (2–5 direct reports) or willingness to grow into it
Proficiency with listed technologies (see tools)
