Experteer Overview

In this FP&A leadership role, you will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and planning processes, ensuring timely, high-quality financial outputs. You will oversee standardized reporting, performance commentary, and KPI analyses to support decision-making for Business Units, the Executive Committee, and the Board. You act as the custodian of key financial KPIs and drive consistency in reporting decks across partners, while contributing to 3–5 year planning in collaboration with strategy teams. You will partner with IT, Transformation, Investor Relations, HR, and Program offices to drive planning automation and synergy tracking, shaping the group’s financial trajectory.

Responsabilidades

Own and communicate Group Timetable for actuals and planning (RQE, RAF, Annual BU, Long range plan)
Deliver monthly results summaries with KPIs and commentary vs PY/Budget
Design and consolidate RQE/RAF and BU/LRP planning processes plus high-level drivers analysis (volume/mix, pricing, FX, M&A)
Prepare reporting decks for ExCO/Board meetings on closing and planning consolidation
Liaise with BU Finance heads to ensure result delivery and interpretation bridges
Collaborate with IT and Transformation to lead continuous improvement projects (planning automation)
Coordinate with Strategy to align financial metrics with the Group 3–5 year horizon
Work with Investor Relations for external disclosures of results and outlook
Engage with HR to assess impact of financial processes on STI/LTI indicators
Coordinate with Program offices to include synergy targets in planning and monitoring
