In this role you lead the Spain IT Production domain, aligning PMO and ITSM delivery with regional and global objectives. You ensure operational delivery, budget adherence, and continuous improvement across IT Project Office and IT Production Control Tower. You collaborate with cross-country teams to maintain service levels and governance, driving efficiency and program execution. Responsabilidades

Direct management of the PMO staff in Spain IT Production and oversight of PMO staff in Portugal and Poland
Oversee IT Production Control Tower and ITSM operations within the region (CIB and ITG)
Coordinate and complete IT projects on time, within budget and scope
Support governance activities with the GDH and achieve periodic objectives
Ensure regional service definitions and KPIs meet contractual commitments
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across RDHs and impacted groups
Review and escalate non-standard service requests via governance channels
Provide services per agreed KPIs with RTCO and Captive CTO
Maintain technical competence and organise training needs for regional personnel
Ensure compliance with BNP Paribas norms and standards
Manage operational risk through controls and mitigating actions
Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain a client-focused mindset
Deliver strategic priorities within strict timelines
Support change processes within the region

Requisitos principales

Degree in Computer Science (desirable)
ITIL Foundation certification (desirable)
Project & Program management certification (desirable)
Experience: 5+ years managing IT teams and leading IT projects within ITIL framework
Languages: English high level; French desirable
