In this role you steer the Digital Assets business, driving strategic growth and operational oversight. You collaborate across teams to shape product offerings and market strategy within a banking context. You build relationships with institutional clients and partners while ensuring regulatory alignment. You lead the roadmap from custody to tokenisation, contributing to the firm’s digital assets leadership and industry representation.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Digital Assets business and its development
Drive growth by engaging institutional investors, asset managers, family offices and intermediaries
Advise institutional clients on investment solutions and support complex transactions
Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events
Own the Digital Assets roadmap across custody, trading, staking, lending and tokenisation
Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Legal to manage activities and ensure FINMA compliance
Promote Digital Assets expertise internally and support Relationship Managers
Act as a senior ambassador for the Digital Assets business
