In this role you will lead the OE Engagement and Customer Success efforts to drive adoption of the Allianz Data Platform (ADP) and related data products. You will build and lead a Barcelona-based CS team, align ADP with OE needs, and push legacy decommissioning while channeling customer feedback into the product backlog. You will work with cross-functional groups to accelerate value delivery from data at scale and shape a data product management mindset across the organization. This is a strategic, customer-focused opportunity to influence how data platforms unlock business impact.

Responsabilidades
- Build a high-performing customer success management team in an international environment
- Establish and nurture trustful relationships with senior stakeholders across Allianz Group to align ADP with customer needs
- Develop an operating model to enable value from data at scale and accelerate value delivery
- Implement a data product management approach within Allianz Technology and its customers
- Develop and manage a portfolio of data products and consolidate local products into global offerings
- Translate business opportunities into data products and technical capabilities
- Lead or support strategic data & analytics projects and manage an engagement funnel for OE demand toward ADP/DAP
Requisitos principales
- Strong background in data, analytics and Gen-AI with knowledge of relevant technical solutions
- General understanding of data architecture and models
- Experience managing data product or customer success teams
- Experience designing data operating models and strategies in complex corporate environments (insurance/financial services a plus)
- Hands-on experience building data products or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven track record of building high-performing teams
- Proficiency in English
