In this role you identify and qualify new education clients to drive sales for education products. You will work with cross-functional teams to refine lead generation and optimize the sales process in a fast-paced environment. You will own the qualification lifecycle, from discovery to handoff, using established criteria. Responsabilidades
- Lead generation to build a robust pipeline of education clients
- Outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualification and discovery to uncover needs and fit
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and refine lead gen
- CRM management and diligent update of lead fields in Salesforce and other systems
- Execute sales cadences and maintain follow-ups to prospects
- Manage end-to-end sales qualification: qualify, convert to opportunity, handoff to sales channel
Requisitos principales
- Nordic language at C2 level (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish)
- Fluent and idiomatic English
- 2 years of sales development, inside sales, or outbound experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace
