In this role you will lead the mechanical design and deployment of global solutions to support Iron Mountain’s growth in hyperscale data centers. You will work within the Global Engineering & Innovation team to deliver end-to-end capital projects that meet performance, cost, and safety targets. You’ll develop actionable analytics for feasibility, risk, and strategic impact while ensuring compliance with international standards and safety policies. This position offers a pathway to shape scalable, globally deployed mechanical designs in a dynamic, impactful environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of large-scale global capital projects and solutions
Support the development of data center solutions for hyperscale customers in new and existing facilities
Develop and manage reports to inform decision-making on feasibility, risks, and strategic impact
Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, local labor laws, and health and safety policies across all mechanical installations and designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and execution strategies

Requisitos principales

10+ years in complex mechanical systems design and capital project engineering in global, industrial, or logistics environments
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAE software and industrial automation systems
Experience with international design and safety standards (ISO, ASME)
Proven strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE or CEng certification highly preferred
