In this role you will lead the global record-to-report function, driving harmonisation and automation across legal entities. You will set accounting operating instructions, provide senior guidance on complex topics and act as the central point for R2R processes. You will work closely with international operations to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance, shaping scalable governance and data-enabled reporting. This is an opportunity to directly impact financial operations in a fast-growing, global group.

Responsabilidades

Issue and provide accounting operating instructions and training to legal entities and finance clusters
Review entities’ accounting for adherence to standards and procedures
Drive harmonisation and automation of monthly intercompany, accounting and reporting processes
Develop master chart of accounts for legal entities and support mapping to consolidation system
Be the key user of General Accounting & Reporting in Navision
Provide senior accounting advice on complex questions
Coordinate and manage accounting dimensions and master data
Be a global key contact for accounting-related topics

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related area
Several years of experience in accounting within an international group or auditing
Senior and hands-on approach
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is meritorious
Strong communication skills
