Experteer Overview
As Global Lead for the MRCI Research Library, you will steer strategic secondary insights and set the library's direction to support Sanofi's commercial decisions. You will act as the subject matter expert for library resources and collaborate with Insights and Analytics to identify research needs. You will deliver high-quality research on disease areas, pipelines, and market landscapes to inform go/no-go decisions. You will leverage AI tools and maintain efficient processes to drive value across a matrix organization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Research Library activities by supporting clients and acting as SME for library resources
- Deliver timely, high-quality research on disease areas, pipelines, competitor and market landscapes
- Provide insights to support business go/no-go decisions
- Collaborate with Leadership and Insights and Analytics to identify research needs
- Identify opportunities for new research areas by monitoring therapeutic developments
- Produce internal newsletters with industry news and Sanofi-relevant developments
- Share best practices within the Research Library and improve research processes
- Leverage AI tools to maintain and share resources
- Manage workload using a project management database
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years in an information research setting
- Deep knowledge of industry and multiple disease areas
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization
- Proactive, self-motivated with autonomous work style
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities
- Strong communication with senior leadership and diverse audiences
- Analytical reasoning and attention to detail
