In this senior role, you lead the global Project Management function and its enterprise-wide delivery framework within Syneos Health. You align Clinical Supply Trial Management, Central Services, and TMF under a unified operating model to drive high-quality execution at scale. Responsabilidades

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Project Management function with consistent delivery across regions and therapeutic areas
Establish and maintain global standards, frameworks, and best practices for project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Oversee study timelines, milestones, and deliverables across a complex global portfolio
Foster accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement within the project delivery organization
Lead Governance for Clinical Supply Trial Management ensuring alignment with study requirements and regulatory standards
Partner with Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors for reliable delivery of clinical trial supplies
Oversee Central Services for bids, budgeting, and proposal data management, ensuring accurate budgets and proposal inputs
Drive standardization of proposal data, pricing tools, and cost intelligence to support scalable business development
Provide global TMF strategy, governance, and operational performance with inspection readiness
Partner with Finance for forecasting, margin delivery, and cost control across the portfolio
Serve as senior escalation point for complex delivery and client issues, building cross-functional relationships
Lead talent development across PM, Clinical Supply, Central Services, and TMF, focusing on succession and scalability

Requisitos principales

15+ years of leadership experience in Project Management within a CRO, biopharmaceutical, or clinical research environment
Experience overseeing global, multi-study portfolios
Experience with Clinical Supply Trial Management, TMF operations, and proposal/bid support preferred
Track record of leading large, global teams and senior leaders
Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred
