As Global Head of PR, you will shape Lingokids’ public narrative and lead the entire PR function for a fast-growing family entertainment brand. You will define a global communications strategy to expand reach, trust, and a shifting positioning, working closely with senior leadership. You will drive cross-market campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments that connect learning and entertainment for kids and families. This role offers an opportunity to impact company reputation, employer branding, and category leadership on a global scale.

Responsabilidades

Lead the global PR strategy to position Lingokids as a top digital entertainment choice for families
Develop and run PR campaigns to raise awareness, trust, and consideration in key markets (focus on the U.S.)
Shape Lingokids’ PR narrative as a category-defining learning-while-entertaining platform
Manage agencies and global PR partners ensuring brand consistency and quality
Drive the PR roadmap with stories aligned to product launches, brand moments, partnerships, and cultural milestones
Provide strategic communications counsel to executives, with thought leadership and messaging guidance
Oversee PR agencies and partners to ensure measurable impact across markets
Lead award, recognition, and corporate reputation programs to boost credibility and employer brand
Define success metrics and report on awareness, sentiment, and earned media value
Mentor and grow the PR team, fostering creativity, agility, and storytelling excellence

Requisitos principales

10+ years of experience in Public Relations in international environments (U.S. experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of developing and executing global communications strategies with business impact
Experience managing PR agencies and leading teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
Skilled in storytelling with ability to turn complex ideas into clear messages
Strategic thinker with a creative, hands-on mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
