In this Global Demand Planner role you will generate unbiased forecasts to optimize resources and meet customer requirements. You will collaborate with regional teams to review demand plans and assess market changes that impact forecasts. You will manage forecast exceptions, lead demand reviews, and support S&OP meetings to drive forecast accuracy. This position contributes to a sustainability-driven organization and offers growth through cross-functional collaboration. You will shape planning approaches at scale to support the company’s strategic materials and overall supply chain goals.

Responsabilidades

Review the demand plan with regions for categories affecting Strategic Raw Materials
Assess market changes or forecast variances and recommend revisions and tactics
Collect past and future demand factors and model their impact on demand
Manage statistical forecast exceptions using exception reports to identify and fix issues
Prepare and lead demand reviews to create a consensus-based plan
Support S&OP meetings with demand information and analysis to monitor and improve forecast accuracy
