In this role you will lead global account strategy for HH Global's life sciences clients, driving innovation and transformation to deliver ROI. You will build executive partnerships, guide clients through change, and shape digital and operational initiatives. You will ensure contractual and financial performance across regions, leading a dispersed team. You will present strategies to boards, collaborate across functions, and help clients navigate industry disruption toward sustainable growth.

Responsabilidades

  • Architect and deliver a global account strategy focused on innovation, digital enablement and transformation for life sciences clients
  • Cultivate strategic executive partnerships and guide stakeholders through change to capture new opportunities
  • Identify and implement transformative solutions (analytics, automation, sustainable procurement) to improve client performance and outcomes
  • Ensure operational and contractual excellence, managing risk, compliance and financials across regions
  • Inspire and lead a dispersed, high-performing account team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Present growth and transformation strategies at Board/C-suite level detailing impact of initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts to co-create solutions for complex life sciences challenges

Requisitos principales

  • Global or regional account leadership experience in life sciences, pharma or healthcare with a track record of delivering innovation at scale
  • Deep understanding of the life sciences value chain (R&D, commercialization, regulatory, digital health trends)
  • Experience leading transformational programs and managing complex client portfolios with technology and data
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and delivering growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with influence across organizational levels
  • Experience leading diverse, cross-regional teams and building trust-based client partnerships
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain long-term relationships
  • Demonstrable understanding of Point of Sale Materials supply and supply chain
  • English language proficiency
