Responsabilidades

Oversee the QMS in Genetic Services offices and serve as a consultative resource for Vitrolife affiliates
Provide genetic telecounseling for tests (pre- and post-test for PGT-M, PGT-A, POC, carrier screening)
Act as internal expert for the Igenomix laboratory and support referring physicians and clinical staff
Conduct staff training, in-service trainings, and educational webinars
Participate in regular genetic counseling team meetings to deepen expertise
Assist in developing internal protocols to optimize patient care during fertility treatments

Requisitos principales

Master in Genetic Counselling
Experience in pre-conception and/or assisted reproduction therapy genetic counseling (desirable)
Empathy, patience, and respect for patients
Superior writing, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to adapt to a growing company
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Igenomix team
Comfort with using a variety of technical platforms
Fluent in English and Spanish
