In this role you join a Functional Testing team at a major financial institution in Portugal to help deliver reliable, secure digital solutions. You will support PMO activities and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and governance. You will coordinate onboarding, training, planning, milestones, and documentation while communicating with stakeholders. This hybrid position offers an international context and opportunities to contribute to digital transformation and business performance.

Responsabilidades
- Onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Coordinate training activities
- Plan, prepare, execute, and moderate meetings
- Create project and time plans
- Prepare project milestone overviews
- Support procurement tasks
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira
- Create reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Support communication between project members
Requisitos principales
- PMO experience with project management activities
- Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Project
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking/payment systems
- Bachelors degree in IT or economics, finance
- 3+ years in Software Testing (project management activities valid)
