Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute litigation strategies
- Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses
- Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
- Stay current on legal trends and case law
Requisitos principales
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California
- 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields
- Strong legal writing and courtroom skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and communication
