In this role you will help design and deliver scalable ecommerce features as part of ESW's Product & Tech Hub in Madrid. You will work with cross-functional teams, influence architectural decisions, and uphold best practices to build robust software. You’ll mentor junior teammates and shape technical strategy while tackling ambitious, large-scale applications. This is a hands-on position with impact on product quality, security, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
- Develop product features across the stack, from analysis to post-deployment monitoring
- Own problems, propose scalable solutions and anticipate pitfalls
- Consider scalability, security, performance, and maintainability beyond code
- Collaborate in an Agile environment within a product team for ESW ecommerce products
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA Engineers, balancing autonomy and collaboration
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
- Engage in ambitious tasks involving large-scale applications and TDD
- Apply .Net, Angular, and Azure to deliver high-quality solutions
Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science
- Excellent knowledge of C#
- Knowledge of UI development in Angular
- Experience with C#, WebApi, .NET Core, Kafka, Kubernetes, Microservices, Cosmos DB, Azure
- Experience in Domain Driven Design and modern SDLC (CI/CD, testing, release approaches)
- Proficiency in Test Driven Development within an Agile SCRUM team
- Strong English communication and problem-solving mindset
