You will steer the design process from concept to final product, ensuring quality and brand consistency. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate trend insights into tangible collections and maintain manufacturability. Responsabilidades

Conduct market research on trends and consumer preferences
Lead the footwear design team through concept, mood boards, and collection briefs
Develop sketches, tech packs, and communicate with manufacturers throughout development
Ensure manufacturability and alignment with brand aesthetics
Present concepts across teams and incorporate feedback
Oversee quality control and continuous process improvements
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and production for timely, cohesive product development
Stay updated on materials, tools, and technologies in footwear design
Participate in trade shows and industry events to gather inspiration

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related field
5+ years in footwear design with a strong portfolio
People management experience and leadership ability
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Excellent sketching, drawing, and visualization skills
Strong market awareness and trend forecasting abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with 3D design tools and AI software is a plus
