As Financial Tender Manager you will support public tender proposals through financial modelling, budget analysis, and feasibility assessments to drive profitable, compliant bids. You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Technical and Development teams to reflect real conditions and ensure competitive economic proposals. The role sits in the Business Development function, reporting to the Tender Manager, with a focus on improving tender templates and documentation for future submissions. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy in a growth‑oriented, sustainability-driven company.

Responsabilidades

Develop detailed budgets and multi-year financial projections (CAPEX, OPEX, revenue, margins)
Build dynamic financial models incorporating fleet size, demand, pricing, maintenance, staffing, and service quality
Analyse operational data and market benchmarks to set assumptions for usage, revenue, and costs
Evaluate multiple scenarios and provide strategic recommendations
Prepare business plans and economic annexes for public tenders
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Technical and Development teams to reflect real conditions
Present financial analyses to internal stakeholders
Validate pricing strategies and ensure profitability and EBITDA targets with the Finance Department
Maintain and improve the base tender template and integrate lessons learned
Update technical and administrative documentation for future submissions
Contribute to improving tendering processes by documenting best practices
Collaborate with Offer Director to align administrative, technical, and commercial components
Coordinate with Development team for partner documentation and tender requirements
Ensure compliance with economical solvency and legal structure requirements
