As a Finance professional at Lingokids, you will oversee core accounting, consolidation across entities, and reporting to support global growth. You’ll partner with content, product, and engineering teams to provide financial insights and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. You’ll drive automation and robust FP&A to enable informed decision making. Responsabilidades
- Manage GL accounting, accruals, and cost allocations with supporting documentation
- Lead consolidation across entities, including inter-company eliminations and multi-currency reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for cash flow, KPIs, and company performance
- Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions (focus on US)
- Manage external audits as primary contact
- Oversee cash flow reporting and inter-company transactions; support Transfer Pricing documentation
- Manage R&D certifications, tax incentives, bonuses, and related deductions
- Oversee fixed assets accounting and CAPEX processes
- Act as finance business partner to content, product, and engineering teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; deliver scenario modeling and decision-support analysis
- Drive improvements in financial systems with automation and process optimization
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Accounting
- 5+ years in finance or controlling in fast-growing, international environments
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics); Business Central desirable
- Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel (modeling, data manipulation)
- Desirable FP&A tool experience (Abacum)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, proactive, hands-on environment
- Fluency in English; strong asynchronous communication for a fully remote company
