In this role you will manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a newly opened PBSA/Hotel asset in Barcelona, supporting the Iberia finance team. You will coordinate external accountants, oversee processes with operations, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting. You will provide insightful commentary on monthly performance and work with cross-functional partners to enable strategic business decisions. Responsabilidades

Coordinate external accountants and asset management requirements
Lead the financial reporting process for the asset and explain variances
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; support annual budgeting process
Link finance systems with property booking systems and oversee business process providers
Liaise with Operations to provide performance information and identify key trends
Develop and improve management reporting systems, controls, and outputs
Ensure tax reporting (VAT and Corporation tax) and statutory reporting are met
Assist with annual audit and ad hoc financial analysis
