In this Finance Manager role, you own the Dutch entity’s financial operations and act as the financial lead within a growing, international tech-driven group. You drive end-to-end transactional finance, ensure compliance and control, and partner with local leadership to translate numbers into actionable insights. You shape performance tracking, cash flow, and cost control while aligning with Group Finance. The role combines hands-on accounting ownership with collaboration to support scalable growth and stronger financial governance.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end transactional finance cycle: general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, month-end and year-end closing
Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit processes
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local regulations and group standards
Lead and develop the local finance team, delivering discipline and accountability
Serve as day-to-day finance business partner for the Netherlands, collaborating with local leadership
Support performance tracking, cash flow management, and cost control
Ensure clear alignment with Group Finance and drive process improvements
Provide insights on revenue mix, gross margin, opex, and cash flow

Requisitos principales

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with exposure to transactional processes and month-end closings
Experience managing the full accounting cycle and driving process improvements
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and local regulations
Experience in an international and/or multi-entity environment
Comfort with ERP systems and Excel (NetSuite and AARO a plus)
Experience with system improvements or process automation is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
Fluent in Dutch and English
Affinity with SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus
