- Implementing robust financial controls and managing liquidity.
- Overseeing finance operations, including cash flow, payroll, audits, and ERP systems.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and business expansion through financial analysis.
- Leading financial reporting and cost evaluations.
- Managing and mentoring the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper insurance coverage and risk management across all assets
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Experience within the F&B industry
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in multi-site operations.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in feasibility studies and business planning.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
