In this role you will lead the finance and accounting function for Safran Electronics & Defense Spain, partnering with the CEO to shape financial strategy and drive profitable growth. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including government programs, and ensure robust financial systems. As the primary business partner to the CEO, you will drive strategic initiatives and automation, while developing a small accounting team. This position offers impact across a multi-site, international context in Granada.

Responsabilidades

Provide leadership for Finance & Accounting strategy to optimize financial performance and strategic position
Oversee budget planning and cost management aligned to the strategic plan
Contribute to company strategy with financial analysis, challenging assumptions and guiding decisions
Ensure robust, compliant financial systems supporting current activity and growth
Manage cash flow planning and availability of funds
Supervise administrative and financial services for the legal entity (Accounting & Tax, budget, Cash)
Ensure reliable accounting and compliance with IFRS and PGC standards
Guarantee production, relevance, reliability and quality of financial statements
Centralize financial contracts for the legal entity and handle disputes
Develop KPIs and a scalable toolchain to automate financial operations
Define new Financial Business Models to support analysis and budgeting
