In this Finance & Business Management Associate role within Consumer and Community Banking, you help optimize performance by driving key initiatives and advising business leaders. You’ll identify risks, deliver high-quality analysis and presentations, and support project management across stakeholders. Responsabilidades

Provide rapid support for executive requests across project management, presentations, and business analysis
Structure complex information with strong design and advanced Excel/PowerPoint techniques
Create wireframes and mock-ups for management decks and dashboards
Communicate with business partners to understand projects and define next steps
Manage key workstreams and deliverables
Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls within risk management processes
Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables including RCSA action plans
Coordinate team activities and materials for town halls, recognition events, and strategy sessions
Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to simplify and improve processes

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
2+ years of experience in a Business Management or COO role
Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports with attention to detail and design
Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and drive agendas
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
