As a Family Medicine Physician at SCF, you deliver direct clinical care and collaborate with the care team to set evidence-based protocols and treatment plans. You will work within a Native Community-focused system dedicated to holistic wellness across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The role involves addressing the health needs of Alaska Native beneficiaries and contributing to program-wide clinical standards. Responsabilidades

Provide direct clinical patient care
Collaborate with clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens

Requisitos principales

Licensed physician in Alaska
Current American Board certification (specialty appropriate for the service)
Meets requirements for associate medical staff membership and privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, PALS) as required by scope
Compliance with employee health requirements and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, COVID-19)

Cultural competence with Alaska Native communities Team collaboration and communication Adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety Alaska physician license ABMS board certification BLS; ACLS; NRP; ATLS; ALSO; PALS as required
