As External Manufacturing Supply Planning Lead, you will own end-to-end supply planning for key CMOs, ensuring reliable delivery to 111 markets. You’ll work within the Global Supply Planning team to optimize asset use and strengthen IBP planning for external manufacturers. You will translate demand into production plans, validate capacity assumptions, and lead cross-functional reviews with sites and CDMOs. This role offers impact on patient access and the chance to shape planning in a digitally transforming, AI-powered biopharma environment. You will engage with global partners to drive robust, scalable supply plans that meet patient needs.

Responsabilidades

Manage key CMO networks and oversee inventory, SKUs, and partnerships
Drive net demand reviews by aggregating and challenging demands across CMOs/capacity units and translate into production volumes
Validate planning parameters (capacity, MOQs, binding periods) and adjust master data based on CMO performance
Analyze plans with Kinaxis to identify gaps and create mitigation strategies
Build and present Site Supply Review materials and align KPIs for monthly CDMO reviews
Lead monthly handovers with EM&S planners and communicate critical hypotheses for key CDMOs
Prepare scenarios and recommendations for monthly supply reviews based on financial impact

Requisitos principales

Strong background in pharmaceutical supply chain planning, with track record in building plans and aligning stakeholders
Experience with CDMOs is an advantage
Fluent in English; strong interpersonal abilities to engage multiple partners
Proficiency with advanced planning systems (Kinaxis preferred) and SAP
Analytical mindset to derive insights and craft mitigations; strategic thinking for recommendations
