Experteer Overview

As External Communications Manager BeLux you shape and execute the communications strategy for BeLux, aligning with Country Management and Corporate Communications. You lead external outreach across media, events, CSR, branding and social channels, while energising the BeLux communications community. You support the Country Business Development team with practical communications expertise and spearhead BeLux exhibitions and local sponsorships. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and event delivery in a high-tech, international environment.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement the BeLux communications strategy for external audiences
Manage external communications projects in collaboration with Country Management and Corporate Communications
Oversee media relations, events/exhibitions, CSR, branding and social media activities
Animate and coordinate the BeLux communications community across entities
Provide operational comms support to the Country Business Development team
Create and execute media strategies supporting corporate and local announcements
Support on-ground at events and prepare diverse collateral (press releases, presentations, fact sheets, internal news, town halls)
Lead local community relations and sponsorship programs
Organise exhibitions and events in BeLux or where Thales Belgium participates

Requisitos principales

University degree or equivalent in public relations, communications, journalism or marketing (3+ years of experience)
At least 3 years in the communications field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in international and high-tech environments
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strategic thinker
Team player in complex matrix environments
Creative and enthusiastic
French, English; Dutch a plus
