As a Sr. Architect, you will shape enterprise and domain-level architecture to enable scalable, interoperable IT ecosystems in manufacturing. You collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to translate requirements into robust design strategies and patterns. You will lead end-to-end IT solutions for manufacturing systems and advocate for architecture standards that guide secure, scalable implementations. This role offers impact across planning, design, and operation, with a focus on harmonizing technology with business goals.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions and design patterns
Define integration opportunities, data and code resources, interfaces, and data flows; monitor integration success
Lead design and development of end-to-end IT solutions for manufacturing (MES, ERP, SCADA integration, shop floor automation)
Develop, institute, and maintain IT design methodology, development process standards, and best practices
Provide oversight to ensure compliance with architectural standards across planning, execution, and operation; ensure scalable and secure solutions
Survey external developments and evangelize new technologies and methodologies; act as trusted advisor on emerging tech
Develop and maintain design and metadata repositories for architectural models

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree and 10 years IT experience in an architect role with cross-functional teams
Experience in enterprise-level or complex system implementations
Industry experience in regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals) or similar
Strong experience with ERP/MES/SCADA and related manufacturing systems

Culture and nationalities management Ability to work in complex, matrixed, global environments Communication and advisory capabilities ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)MES systems (Siemens Opcenter)SCADA systems (AVEVA)
